4th Annual General Meeting of Citizens Bank PLC was held on July 12, 2025 at Citizens Bank Head Office in Dhaka. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Chowdhury Mohammed Hanif Shoeb, Chairman, Board of Directors of the bank. Among the Directors, Mr. Mukhlesur Rahman, Mr. S. M. Shofiqul Hoq, Mrs. Tajkia Rahman, Independent Director Mr. N K A Mobin, FCA, FCS, Sponsor Shareholder Mr. Rakibul Islam Khan attended the meeting. Mr. Alamgir Hossain, Managing Director of the bank was also present.
